This legal agreement regards all products and services offered by SoundFellas (a subdivision of MediaFlake Ltd) through its official website (soundfellas.com) and its sub-domains and all other affiliated retail channels and distribution networks or derived products and services.

Software

We develop and offer software that contains digital media content (e.g., the Echotopia Soundscape Designer), so we do not offer refunds. Once distributed to the customer, the software cannot be ensured to not export all the media content that is ripped to be further used.

As there is no way - with those types of applications - to protect our intellectual property or control the distribution and use of such content, there is no way for us to issue a return and refund action.

For our software applications, we offer comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, media content lists, preset lists, etc., and an adequate period of free trial use, so the customers can try the application and decide if it fits their needs before making a purchase.

Digital content

For our digital content, including, but not limited to, sound files, data files, documents, project files, video files and video on demand, and other digital content, we do not offer any refunds, as there is no way to ensure that the content is not copied to be further used once it is distributed to the customer.

As there is no way - with those types of products - to protect our intellectual property or control the distribution and use of such content, there is no way for us to issue a return and refund action.

For all our digital content products, like our Sound Libraries, we offer a comprehensive demo presentation and a full file list so the customers can see the quality and contents of the product before making a purchase.

Our service charges are calculated by time, so after the offering, there is no way to support a return of the services offered and issue a refund.
